These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between qq9 (website: qq9.run) and all its members. qq9 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms were last updated on 1 January 2026.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for identity verification (KYC).
• The same mobile number, email address, or payment method cannot be used across multiple accounts.

It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized activity on the account must be reported to qq9 Support immediately.

QQ9 currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Please confirm the correct amount and account number before making a payment.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.

If your balance doesn't reflect after a completed deposit, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction. The QQ9 team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from QQ9. The withdrawal process is fully transparent and secure.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours.
• During peak periods, withdrawal processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

To take advantage of qq9's various bonuses and promotional offers, you must meet the specific terms attached to each offer. The general bonus terms and conditions are outlined below.

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x).
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The same offer cannot be used more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for betting.
• QQ9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred friend must successfully register and complete their first deposit.

Any abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts, fake referrals, or other exploitative tactics — will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

The following rules apply to participation in qq9's Sports Betting section. All bets are conducted fairly and transparently.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• If a match is abandoned or the result is inconclusive, qq9's decision shall be final.
• If a bet is voided due to a technical issue during live betting, a full refund will be issued.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• A maximum bet limit per event may apply.

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with Support within 48 hours. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted.

• Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.
• Draw times are fixed — tickets cannot be purchased after the scheduled cut-off.
• Winning ticket numbers are automatically verified in the system to determine prize eligibility.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the draw results being published.
• In instant win games, results are displayed immediately within the interface.
• If a draw is postponed due to technical issues, it will be held at the next available opportunity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the QQ9 platform. Any such activity detected will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Using another person's payment method to conduct transactions.
• Fraudulent misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

QQ9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• In cases of suspected financial irregularities or money laundering.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time by contacting Support. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed.
